If you have arrived with an e-car, you are welcome to charge it at one of our two charging stations. You will be charged € 25,00 for a full charge of your electric battery.

In the case of a fire alarm or emergency, please remain calm. You will find the description of the escape route on the inside of your room door. Please follow the instructions of the hotel staff and leave the hotel as quickly as possible. Passenger lifts must not be used under any circumstances!
The fitness room is located in the wellness department on floor -1 and is open from 07:00 am to 08:00 pm for guests aged 16 and over.
Our games room on floor -1 makes the hearts of the young and young-at-heart beat faster. With table tennis, billiards, darts or table football, there is something for everyone. You can borrow the necessary equipment at the reception desk for a deposit.
A free parking space is at your disposal, either outside on the parking deck or in the garage. A guaranteed underground parking space can be booked for € 15,00 per day.

Children from the age of 3 are in good hands in the kids' club with games, slides, kids' TV, playstations, climbing wall, table football and more. A varied children's programme takes place 5 days a week in our Kids section, depending on availability and request. Our kids club is located on the 2nd floor. Information is gladly available at the reception.

Please put the laundry that you wish to have cleaned, together with your order slip, in the laundry bag provided for this purpose, which you will find in the wardrobe in your room. Please hang the laundry bag on the outside of your room door by 9:00 a.m. at the latest. The cleaning usually takes 24 hours.

We will be happy to bring your luggage to your room on arrival or collect it from your room on departure. This service is available between 08:00 am and 08:00 pm.
If you would like to enjoy the slopes or wellness area on your day of departure, we can store your luggage in our luggage room. Should you wish to freshen up before your departure, a changing room including sanitary facilities is available on floor -1.
You are welcome to enjoy your lunch at our hotel bar or on our sun terrace. À la carte service is offered from 12:00 am to 2:00 pm.
In many rooms there is a main power switch next to the entrance door. To turn on the power, please insert your room card into the card holder. Please help us save energy and turn off the electricity by taking your room card with you when you leave the room. This will turn off all the lights in the room at the same time.

From 09:00 to 13:00, the nudist area, including the outdoor pool, is designated as a textile area where swimwear is required. Children under 16 are only permitted access when accompanied by an adult and exclusively between 09:00 and 13:00. From 13:00 to 20:00, access is only permitted without swimwear. Access is possible from the age of 16.
Our textile and family area is open daily from 13:00 to 20:00. Children are always welcome. Parents are responsible for their children.

Shoe polishing machines are available for your use in the lobby and on the 1st basement level. If you require cleaning utensils, please feel free to ask the hotel reception.

Our ski depot is located on the 1st basement level, where we provide a free locker for your skis, ski boots, poles, and snowboards. Please note that the ski depot is monitored by video cameras for security reasons. If you need an additional padlock, you can borrow one from the reception.
You can purchase ski passes directly at our hotel reception or collect pre-purchased ski passes from the mountain railway online shop.
Whether skis, ski boots, poles, snowboards, or clothing, you’ll find everything your heart desires at the sports shops in Hochsölden. Sport Brugger and Intersport Glanzer are located directly opposite our hotel.
